Acre Properties Responds to City RFP for CBD

Only one company responded to the City's request for proposals to redevelop its administration complex. The area to be redeveloped includes the police department, city hall, council chambers and the railroad station, on Main Street (Rt. 71) between Bangs and Mattison and bordered to the west by the NJ Transit railroad tracks. The three principals of Acre are co-founder and managing partner Steven M. Rosefsky, formerly general counsel and VP with Edison Park Fast, Eric Horvat, co-founder and managing partner, who formerly helped direct activities at Port Imperial South, in Weehawken, a Lennar joint venture, and Joshua B. Sternberg, a partner who was formerly a vice president at Roseland Property Company, which does property acquisition, land development, environmental cleanup, and infrastructure planning. Sternberg managed premier developments including Port Imperial North.
