Cooperation of CW At Least Three Years: Marra

The Acting US Attorney, Ralph Marra, in answering a reporter's question said the length of time the "Cooperating Witness" has been involved is approximately three years. This would also fit with the date of the arrest, 2006, of Solomon Dwek of Deal, the real estate developer whose father is a rabbi. Solomon Dwek deposited a bad $25 million dollar check, which he immediately used to transfer money to another bank. Dwek has not been sentenced yet.
